This position has overall management responsibility for the website and portal. It requires experience with marketing, website management, web programming and SEO. Graphic design experience and familiarity with corporate email applications are a plus.
The webmaster is under the supervision of the Marketing & Communications Director and manages both the use and maintenance of the website and employee portal. As a Marketing & Communications Department staff member, the webmaster helps MTW craft and disseminate its communications messages online and assists in providing analysis for online media opportunities. As a technical partner with IT, the webmaster is the lead for the adoption of web software applications, site development, display of data content, and usability.
A person in this position will have more than a technical role. As a Marcomm team member, they will employ creative thinking and have an enthusiastic commitment to developing a positive user experience.
Full-Time Network Administrator
The Mission to the World Network Administrator is a full-time position that reports to the Director of Information Technology. The primary focus of this position is to ensure that the MTW network is stable, secure, and operational so that MTW personnel and ministry partners can do their jobs. This person will be responsible for operation and maintenance of systems hardware, software, and related infrastructure. He/she will participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. This position often requires working outside of normal office hours.

Full-Time Partner Relations Officer
The MTW Partner Relations Department is searching for a full-time Partner Relations Officer.
The Partner Relations Officer will be responsible for developing and working with large donors. He or she will be responsible for achieving and retaining the endowment level goal set by the director. He or she will also identify those who could benefit from our estate and gift design services.
The ideal candidate will have a vision for possibilities, a heart for missions, the gospel, and our missionaries. They must also be able to communicate clearly and with passion, interact one-on-one and one-to-many. They must have a heart for people and a desire for them to develop a giving lifestyle. They should understand and support MTW and the PCA’s core values and should be a self-starter and spiritually mature. The ideal candidate must also be able to handle financial issues and be familiar with financial and tax principles and wealth management.
Ideal criteria for the candidate are, but are not limited to: knowledge of stewardship principles and general Bible knowledge. PCA officer training is a plus, as is experience with PC tools: contact software, PowerPoint, email, word processing. A college degree in finance or related experience is required.
