Full-time Partner Financial Services Clerk

 

This position as Financial Services Clerk involves processing the monthly EFT & credit card donations and all related tasks, ensure that donors receive appropriate correspondence and communication in a timely, accurate and friendly manner. The clerk is responsible for entering and maintaining data in Donor Vision and to safeguard all assets and financial information within the scope of Partner Financial Services.

In order to be successful in this position, a candidate will need to be highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, flexible, comfortable working independently and within a team in order to accurately and timely meet department processing deadlines.  An ideal candidate has experience working in accounts receivable as well as a fast paced processing environment, and has an excellent record of customer service. In addition, candidates need to have discretion in handling financial transactions and be proficient in general data entry and 10-key entry. 

 

 

Part-Time Medical Department Project Assistant

 

The project assistant is responsible to assist one or more Project Administrators in the management of projects they are assigned and will act both under their oversight and direction. Primarily, they will offer clerical/administrative help to the Project Administrators.

Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.  Candidates will also be trustworthy, flexible, able to prioritize and handle a wide variety of tasks at one time, and be proficient with Microsoft Office programs. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. World-wide perspective and missions experience preferred.

  

Full-Time SharePoint and Business Solutions Developer

 
The IT Department at Mission to the World is seeking a SharePoint and Business Solutions Developer.
 
The SharePoint and Business Solutions Developer has programming technical skills and knows how to use the dynamic tools and languages that fuel the Web. He/she is able to work independently. He/she is also part of the MTW IT team and focuses on building and integrating interactive applications and services for both internal and public websites. His/her role is to make it work in the SharePoint environment, which means developing applications, testing them, enhancing and modifying them as necessary to ensure the best experience for end users. The position also involves ensuring a well built and stable SharePoint environment. He/she must have an in-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle and be able to communicate project status, issues, and resolutions effectively.
 
The ideal candidate has a B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field, or 2 years of equivalent work experience. Experience with building and maintaining web applications as well as experience with Microsoft Office SharePoint Server, SharePoint development in Visual Studio and SharePoint Designer. He/she has strong written and verbal communication skills, experience defining software requirements, designing enterprise software applications, developing database web applications. He/she also has experience with HTML, Javascript, .NET, CAML, XML, ASP.NET and Microsoft Windows Server OS, IIS, SQL Server. Preferred, but not required skills include corporate experience with SharePoint, SharePoint Branding and Workflow development, SSRS, SSAS, web 2.0 technologies, HTML5, and JavaScript.
