Executive Assistant to the CAO
The Executive Assistant to the CAO provides a broad range of high-level administrative support to the Chief Administrative Officer. This includes maintaining current and historical records/files for the CAO; assisting the CAO in assessing and responding to inquiries and requests for information from staff and external individuals or funneling appropriate information and requests to other staff for handling; and, anticipating the needs of the CAO and responding appropriately.
They will organize, coordinate, and manage CAO's schedule, activities, and appointments, assuring necessary materials and information are available when needed; provide support, including but not limited to: composing and editing correspondence, schedule and calendar management, preparation of information and reports, maintenance of required computer information and databases, and substantive special projects. Furthermore, they will manage incoming calls and mail, including but not limited to: screening phone calls, mail, and emails, coordinating personal visits, and drafting communications. They will assure accurate and timely reporting of pertinent information, manage expense reimbursements, and respond on behalf of the CAO as appropriate.
They will provide right-hand assistance in organizing and managing office operations and managing associated recordkeeping functions including the handling of a wide variety of confidential information. Moreover, They will arrange meetings, handling all related logistics (not limited to but including: scheduling and confirming participants, reserving rooms, arranging for necessary audio/visual equipment, materials, and information, advising others of arrangements and schedules as appropriate; preparing and distributing agendas; generating, transcribing, and distributing meeting minutes and other correspondence, materials and related activities as needed.)
They will assist the Coordinator’s executive assistant in putting together the docket and minutes for CMTW (board) meetings, and prepare the report for the General Assembly and information. They will assure timely and accurate distribution of pertinent information from the CAO's office in writing, by telephone, and/or computerized media as required. They will work closely with the CAO to support pertinent functions for designated committees and assist in the preparation of talking points for all other committees staffed by the CAO. Additionally, they will work closely with the CAO providing needed support when critical incidents or crises occur; assisting with all needed support, coordination, communications and related activities as directed; manage or assist with special departmental projects as assigned and perform other related duties as requested.
Full-Time Project Assistant – 2-Week Department
The Project Assistant will act under the oversight and direction of one or more Project Administrators, assisting them in the management of 1–2 week mission trip projects. Primarily, he/she will offer clerical and administrative help, including handling details of project team budgets.
The ideal candidate will possess skills in organization, accuracy, and be detail oriented. He/she should be a self-starter, able to prioritize and work to meet deadlines, and be effective in follow up and follow through. He/she should also have adequate phone skills and be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. Must be a team player with a willingness to serve others.
Full-Time Partner Relations Officer
The MTW Partner Relations Department is searching for a full-time Partner Relations Officer.
The Partner Relations Officer will be responsible for developing and working with large donors. He or she will be responsible for achieving and retaining the endowment level goal set by the director. He or she will also identify those who could benefit from our estate and gift design services.
The ideal candidate will have a vision for possibilities, a heart for missions, the gospel, and our missionaries. They must also be able to communicate clearly and with passion, interact one-on-one and one-to-many. They must have a heart for people and a desire for them to develop a giving lifestyle. They should understand and support MTW and the PCA’s core values and should be a self-starter and spiritually mature. The ideal candidate must also be able to handle financial issues and be familiar with financial and tax principles and wealth management.
Ideal criteria for the candidate are, but are not limited to: knowledge of stewardship principles and general Bible knowledge. PCA officer training is a plus, as is experience with PC tools: contact software, PowerPoint, email, word processing. A college degree in finance or related experience is required.

Full-Time Accounting Assistant
The general duties of the Accounting Assistant are to provide support to the Accounting Department in a variety of functions. The main responsibility is for timely processing of approved payables incurred by Mission to the World as well as journal entries for activities in MTW cash accounts. The Accounting Assistant will provide occasional backup to the Accounts Payable Specialist and give support to others in the department on an as-needed basis. In addition, the Accounting Assistant will provide clerical support for the managers of the Accounting Department. He/she is responsible to safeguard all assets and financial information within the scope of Mission to the World.
This position requires a minimum of two years of education in accounting. The ideal candidate should be detail oriented, with speed and accuracy, organized, have data entry experience, and be a team player who is sensitive to the needs of others. The candidate should also be proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
