Internship Department Full-Time Administrative Assistant.
The Administrative Assistant assists the Director and the Internship Department in all matters including, but not limited to creating and processing applications, developing and organizing reports, administrating financial reports, performing data research, team planning and development, events, assisting with marketing projects and supporting the internship team with the processing and training of all volunteer interns. He/She will be responsible for the summarization or analysis for various projects benefiting Global Support Ministries and more specifically MTW’s Volunteer Internship Department. He/She will correspond with interns via phone and e-mail throughout their internship and will be responsible for planning and executing Internship training events.
This role requires strong administrative and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated. They should possess skills in management, multi-tasking, prioritizing, and planning events. The candidate should also be proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Part-time Treasury Specialist.
The Treasury Specialist is responsible for general banking functions and cash experience in the banking industry. Experience in international wiring and non-profit is preferable, but not required.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and characteristics:
- Experience in banking and financial transaction is prefered
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience
- Aptitude with numbersAble to work independently with little direction
- Strong administrative skills
- Detailed/ organized
- Computer/ data processing skills (Access, Excel, Word and accounting systems)
- Christian character which is reflected in confidentiality and honesty
- Commercial banking experience is a plus
