Cunningham, Olivia

Olivia will serve God in Nagoya, Japan, for 11 months beginning in the fall of 2024. She will be working with Christ Bible Institute and the Japanese church to share the gospel with locals.

Olivia has been serving on short-term summer mission journeys since she was 13 and is eager to return to the mission field for a longer period. She listened to God's call to missions in March of 2022 and served in Japan for two months during the summer of 2023. Feeling a continued conviction and calling to serve God in Japan, Olivia has been working with MTW to prepare to return to the mission field for an extended period, hoping to determine whether God is calling her to Japan as a full-time missionary.

In Nagoya, Olivia will be able to work alongside the organization Christ Bible Institute as she serves the church in Japan and learns how to share her faith with the Japanese people. While she is in Japan, she will also have an opportunity to work with the missionaries stationed in Nagoya and continue to build upon relationships formed during the summer.

Olivia is praying for guidance, peace, and a servant's heart as she serves during this time and afterward, as she considers returning to cross-cultural missions full-time.
