Herren, Gardner

Gardner is returning to serve with MTW in Japan this summer. She will be using her dance background to partner with Community Arts Tokyo in sharing the gospel in Japan. 

This past year, through teaching ballet classes, sharing the gospel with dancers and other artists, and performing Christian ballets that wordlessly communicate aspects of the gospel, Gardner learned that the arts are capable of bridging the gap between Japan and Christianity. Artists are apologists for beauty; all beauty is God’s beauty. Gardner is returning to Japan to serve this summer and to continue laying the groundwork for what she hopes will become a lifetime of serving the Lord by sharing the good news of the gospel in Japan.
