Rogers, David & Kelly

It is estimated that by 2050 four out of every 10 Christians in the world will live in sub-Saharan Africa. Currently, the Christian church in Africa is growing. But there is concern that this growth is a mile wide, but only an inch deep. As a result, there is a great need for humble and Christ-centered pastors, who are well-trained in the doctrines of grace, to lead the new churches of Africa in the coming years.
David and Kelly are excited to help train this next generation of pastors and their wives for a new Reformed Presbyterian denomination called the Reformation Church in East Africa. After serving as a pastor in the Presbyterian Church in America for 25 years, David and Kelly responded to this need to serve the next generation of pastors in East Africa. They are excited to walk alongside these pastors to help train them in daily pastoral ministry.
The RCEA currently has over 30 men in training to be ordained as pastors to plant and serve churches in Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, DRC, and South Sudan.
