Scott & Meghan Dillon

Scott and Meghan Dillon have served with Mission to the World in Latin America since 2009, when they moved to Cusco, Peru, the former capital of the Inca Empire. There they invested 13  years in church planting, discipleship, and developing national leaders.

In 2014, Scott was ordained in the Iglesia Presbiteriana Evangélica y Reformada en el Perú. The following year, he planted Fuente de Gracia, Cusco’s third Presbyterian church. After the pandemic of 2020, the Dillons began transitioning the church toward fully national leadership.

In June 2022, they moved to Panama City, where Scott served in pastoral ministry, team leadership, and church planting. He also helped establish a City to City hub connecting pastors through gospel-centered collaboration and was involved in developing Third Place, a coffee shop designed to foster community and meaningful conversation.

In 2026, an opportunity led the Dillons to Bogotá, Colombia, where Scott’s new ministry focuses on pastoral coaching, leadership development, and pastoral counseling. Meghan also serves through the counseling center at the United Church of Bogotá. Together, they hope to strengthen churches, encourage leaders, and offer compassionate, gospel-centered care to individuals and families.
