Many times, James doubted whether the Lord was even present in his life after graduating from the University of Alabama in 2019. Every pursuit was met not only with a closed door but also a lack of understanding as to why the Lord put him there in the first place. Then, on a weeklong trip with MTW to Costa Rica, the Lord changed his heart. James had spent the past few years searching after what he wanted. He finally let go and said, “Your will, not mine O Lord.”

Two of James’ greatest passions have always been working with youth and building relationships. In El Salvador, he hopes to do both. The primary focus of the MTW El Salvador team will be church planting as they strive to spread the gospel to all the people, enabling the body to gather together in worship. With El Salvador being a new ministry site, much of what James will be doing is networking and building relations with the people in hopes of sharing the gospel and cultivating community. Please pray for the Salvadorian people and for James. It is evident the country is open to ministry and the Lord has prepared the way for each member of the team to come. Soli Deo Gloria!
