Youth Worker

We are looking for someone to serve as Amazing Grace Church's youth director, continuing to support and build a program that is off to a strong start. Many of our young people come from non-believing homes and need solid Christian mentoring. We need someone to continue to develop relationships, disciple youth, and lead the church youth program. Other duties will include assisting with the Amazing Kids children's program and hosting visiting groups.

Lethbridge offers a cross-cultural international experience without a language barrier. God is doing an awesome work here and we are seeing children, youth, and families come to Christ, and a community being transformed by the love of Christ. Our workers get on-the-job leadership training and leave with experience and a sense of confidence in what God has done in their life in this very relational ministry. We are not looking for experts, we are looking for humble followers of Christ, broken people who have experienced the outpouring of the love of Christ and are teachable. If you are passionate about relational ministry and have a heart for working with teens, we would love to talk to you about joining our team in Lethbridge.
