Events Team Assistant

United States Americas - North

The Events team at Mission to the World is seeking a full-time assistant.

The Events Team Assistant is responsible for helping maintain smooth office operations by providing clerical support, assisting with event needs, and assisting other U.S. Operations departments as needed and as time permits. This will include being an onsite liaison for events in the office as well as being responsible for mailing and maintaining inventory of printed materials. This position reports to the Events Director.

The job requires attention to detail, computer proficiency, critical thinking, and creative problem solving skills. Candidates must be trustworthy, flexible, and able to prioritize and handle a wide variety of tasks. This role is highly administrative, but candidates should also be able to be on their feet for several hours at a time, able to lift boxes, and bend down to stock shelves. This position is based out of the MTW home office in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
