Worship Leader

The church-planting team in Toulouse is looking for someone gifted in music who can lead worship with guitar or piano using contemporary French worship songs and French traditional hymns. In addition, this person would need to be very relational, and able to use music as an opportunity for outreach to both older and younger generations.

Training or coordinating with other musicians will be part of the responsibilities, and it might also be possible to teach voice or music theory lessons at the church plant during the week as a community service. Youth ministry could be another place of service; there is a regional youth event that needs dynamic leadership.

Toulouse is an energetic, growing city of nearly 1 million with over 120,000 students. Like much of France, the spiritual climate is resistant, even post-Christian—yet there are many opportunities to share the love of Christ. You can use your musical abilities in a place of great spiritual need and with a team that is eager to use music as a vehicle to bring the gospel.
