We are excited to have a new, growing ministry in South Korea. Although there is a strong, established Church there, there is also a large number of unreached international residents. Our team is currently focusing on migrant workers and refugees from other parts of Asia, and international students attending South Korean universities. It is ministry with these international students where we most need some interns.
To bolster enrollment, universities are accepting a growing number of students from other Asian countries, particularly Vietnam and China. These students find housing in less-expensive areas outside the city. But they must learn Korean and so the best place to meet them and build relationships is in their Korean classes. We would love a couple of interns to come join us for a year, enroll as students in the university, take Korean classes, and meet other international students doing the same. Come help us lay a foundation for future ministries.
