Work alongside our missionaries in Huaraz, Peru, as they travel into the surrounding villages developing relationships and sharing life and the gospel with the Quechua people. This position is highly relational and requires taking initiative in getting to know people using whatever talents and gifts you have: carpentry, painting/maintenance, playing guitar, or teaching English are just some of the ways. A background or interest in agriculture would be a huge plus as most of the people in the area are subsistence farmers, and one of the ways our missionaries reach out to them is by teaching organic farming techniques.
Come for a month or two, or join us long-term. The Quechua are warm, welcoming, and hard-working, and God is at work among them. Come see for yourself!
