Will is from Knoxville, Tennessee, and is a sophomore at Lee University where he is studying political philosophy and history. He grew up in Alcoa, Tennessee, and has been a member of Redeemer Church of Knoxville for almost his entire life. He is interested in seminary after he graduates from Lee, and after that is not sure what the Lord will have for him.
Fly fishing is Will’s favorite way to spend his free time. He has spent months in Oregon and other western states in pursuit of trout. He also loves hiking, hunting, camping, and anything else that can be done in the mountains. When not in the woods he is likely enjoying a good book and a cup of tea or coffee; some of his favorite books are Lord of the Rings, anything C.S. Lewis, Jack Carr books, Lonesome Dove, as well as many theology and history books.
Will spent the summer of 2023 in Latvia helping to grow and disciple the youth group of four churches in the capital city, Rīga. Will is returning to Latvia this summer (2024) to continue God’s kingdom work and to deepen the relationships he has formed.
