Hannah Huyck primarily grew up in Middle Georgia as a member of the PCA and became fascinated with theology in high school. She received a B.S. in psychology from Geneva College in 2021 and after much thought and prayer began her M.A. in theological studies at Westminster Seminary California in 2022. Though missions was not on her mind at the start, the Lord progressively expanded her heart for the global church through a host of experiences. In spring 2024 she visited the MTW Cambodia team on a 10-day vision trip with some fellow seminary students and the encounter prompted her to pursue an internship with MTW.
Beginning in fall 2025, Hannah's internship in Sofia, Bulgaria, will primarily focus on the anti-trafficking work of the Spring of Hope Foundation. She's also looking forward to assisting with the English ministry outreach and building relationships with the members of the local church.
