Lugo, Minette

Minette serves as an organizational consultant with MTW’s Global Training and Development (GTD) team. She joined MTW in 2001, first serving in North Africa helping to establish a community health and development project by networking with local organizations. Later she worked with MTW’s International Director for Sub-Saharan African and the Americas in enabling the work of missionaries and national partners along these regions.

Minette’s ministry has expanded from North Africa, to Sub-Saharan Africa and the Americas, and now to a global reach. Currently her work with GTD helps train and equip missionaries in areas such as cultural adaptation, leadership development, language acquisition, coaching, mentoring, and team dynamics. Her hope is that through GTD’s work every missionary is able to thrive in whatever ministry context God has called them.
