Pozos, Gama & Grace

Gama and Grace Pozos started their first term as MTW missionaries in June 2025. The Pozos have been in vocational ministry since 2007. Gama has pastored churches in Mexico and the U.S. and is an ordained pastor in the PCA. From 2020 to 2024, the Pozos led the effort to plant a new church in the McAllen area (U.S./Mexico Border). After that effort, the Lord has confirmed the Pozos’ call to continue doing kingdom work in that unique and challenging part of the world that they love.
Gama and Grace are now part of the MTW northern Mexico team, Centro Para Plantacion de Iglesias/Center for Church Planting or CPI. Based in McAllen, Texas, Gama has been called to be the movement leader for church planting and revitalization for the Border. He will promote a vision for church planting/ revitalization along both sides of the border. He will also work on strategic projects as well as preaching, and teaching alongside pastors/church planters in border cities like McAllen, Harlingen, Reynosa, Matamoros, etc. Grace will use her gifts of hospitality and her love for children to support churches and church plants.
