Resource Team Representative

The Resource Team Representative position is a paid, full-time, non-exempt position that will serve the missionaries from their approval through all phases of their service including the support-raising process. The RT Representative will facilitate the connection of the missionaries with the MTW home office, ensuring that missionary needs are met.  The Rep will be knowledgeable about several countries within the region regarding MTW activities within these countries including, but not limited to, projects, grants, volunteers, trips, independent contractors, and various programs.

The ideal candidate would be someone who loves the Lord and is very relational with strong interpersonal and administration skills. This role requires timely and accurate expense and information processing. This person should be computer literate, have proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, and maintain a posture of constant learning. Experience with Workday software is a plus. This person would ideally have had some missional field experience, including the support raising process. Preference will be given to candidates living in the Lawrenceville/Atlanta area.
