Train for Leadership Positions in Global Muslim Ministry

All across the globe MTW seeks to engage Muslims and show them hope found in Christ. We desire to see ministry thrive and expand, but need good leaders for that to happen.

MTW is looking for multiple candidates to enter a leadership training program. We seek to replace retiring leadership, as well as launch several new fields, and we desire to train and mentor new workers to fill these roles.

If you feel called to a leadership role, and especially if this calling has been affirmed by your church, join us and be mentored and trained, gain experience, and work alongside a regional director for about three years, depending on previous experience and training. We will get you ready to lead ministry, bringing the hope of Jesus to Muslims.
